Terms of Service

By accessing or using the WP-Themer platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all policies incorporated by reference, including our Privacy Policy and License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Access to WP-Themer is by invitation only. Accounts may only be created via an invitation email issued by WP-Themer. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

WP-Themer provides a private marketplace enabling members to browse, purchase, and manage licenses for third-party WordPress themes. We act as a licensed reseller or authorised distribution partner for the vendors listed in our catalog. We do not develop or own the themes themselves. Theme availability is subject to vendor agreements and may change without notice. We maintain escrow copies of licensed theme files to ensure continued access for valid license holders.

All purchases are final unless otherwise required by applicable law. Prices are displayed in USD and exclusive of applicable taxes. You authorise us to charge your payment method on file for all purchases and renewals you initiate. Membership fees (where applicable) are billed monthly or annually in advance. Theme license costs are billed at time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active members.

You agree not to: • Share your account credentials with individuals outside your organisation. • Use the platform or licensed themes in violation of the applicable theme license terms. • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to the platform outside of the documented API. • Circumvent any access controls, rate limits, or security measures. • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation. Violation of this section may result in immediate account termination without refund.

You are responsible for all actions taken by team members added to your account. Inviting a team member constitutes your acknowledgement that they will be bound by these Terms. You must remove team members promptly when their access is no longer appropriate.

API access is governed by the rate limits documented in the API reference. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend API access that causes undue load on our infrastructure. API keys must not be shared externally or embedded in public repositories.

All rights in the WP-Themer platform — including its design, code, and content — are owned by WP-Themer Ltd or its licensors. Theme files distributed through the platform remain the property of their respective vendors. Your license to use themes is granted solely as described in the WP-Themer License Agreement.

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. Theme files are provided by vendors and we do not warrant their fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WP-Themer Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or any theme licenses. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to WP-Themer in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or other conduct we determine to be harmful to the platform or its members. You may close your account at any time from account settings. Termination does not affect licenses already provisioned and in good standing.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
